How to take Vivomixx

Recommended daily dose of Vivomixx capsule for general gut health is at 1-2 capsule. For Vivomixx sachet, the contents can be dissolved in water, yogurt and any other cold, non-carbonated drink.

One may start to feel better after taking for 3-4 days and optimal colonization will happen within 2-3 weeks.

Yes, it can be taken while on antibiotics but best to be taken as far apart as possible.

Vivomixx contains 450 billion active and essential bacteria per sachet and 112.5 billion per capsule. These numbers are necessary to properly colonize your gut which contains up to 10-1000 billion bacteria/ml of feces material. In the colon there can be around 1500 ml of feces material.

Storing Vivomixx

Vivomixx is best kept at 2-8 degree but can be kept out of the fridge at room temperature for up to one week without affecting the quality of the product. However, high temperatures exceeding 25°C should be avoided.

The bacteria are live and freeze-dried, they are best kept refrigerated.
